Terms of service

Welcome to Experience Nomad. By confirming your booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions that ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

1. Booking & Payments

  • A 25% booking deposit must be paid in full upon booking confirmation.
  • The remaining balance is due prior to the event, and must be completed on the same day at the latest.

2. Service Duration

  • Each experience includes a 5-hour service period.
  • Additional time may be arranged in advance and will be subject to extra charges.

3. Food & Safety

  • Our team provides a cooking and serving service on-site.
  • Guests are responsible for their own consumption, and Experience Nomad does not assume liability for any food-related incidents or allergies.

4. Equipment & Property

  • All equipment provided remains the property of Experience Nomad.
  • Any loss or damage to our equipment during your event will be charged at replacement value to the guest or booking party.

5. Guest Coordination

  • To ensure safety and smooth logistics, please arrive and depart in groups as instructed by our team.
  • Our team will begin packing up once the agreed duration has ended.

6. Transportation

  • Experience Nomad will organize transportation from the meeting point to the campsite.
  • Guests are responsible for arranging their own transport to and from the meeting point, unless agreed otherwise.

7. Alcohol & Beverages

  • Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol.
  • We encourage responsible consumption at all times.

8. Cancellations

  • Free cancellation is available up to 4 days before your booking date.
  • Cancellations made within 4 days of the event will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.

9. Liability

Experience Nomad shall not be held responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the experience. Guests participate at their own risk and are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by our team.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
